Designed for use the Waddington Ultrasonic Ranging Sensors SS 2-4 with pulse width output option.

Two independent relay output are activated based on distance pot settings and can be individual configured as top or bottom limit contacts. Optionally available with one relay output (PAALARM-1).

Available for use with S2, S3, S4.

  FEATURES
Dual setpoint timer with relay outputs (PWALARM-1 or PWALARM-2) or alternately, with open collector outputs (PWALARM=OC). ·

Designed for use with Waddington ultrasonic ranging sensor systems such as Sona-Trol or PWVOLT EZ Circuit module to provide top or bottom limit signals. ·

Can be used alone if only top or bottom limit control signals are needed.

Provides limit outputs depending on the adjustable range setpoints. ·

Designed for use with SS2-4 ultrasonic ranging sensors with pulse width output option.

Requires the PWSUPPLY module to provide isolated power to the sensor head.

APPLICATIONS

Web brake detector
Loop control
Roll diameter measure
Tension control

Additional independent limit outputs for existing systems.
Used to detect objects.

Example: Objects on conveyer systems.

Designed for use with Waddington Ultrasonic Ranging Sensors SS 2-4 with pulse width output option.

Coverts the distance from the sensor to the target to a varying analog voltage for use as motor control signal tension command speed comp signal etc. . Available for use with S2, S3, S4.

FEATURES · Designed for use with SS 2-4 ultrasonic ranging sensor heads with pulse width output option.

Requires the PWSUPPLY module to provide isolated power to the sensor head.

Electrically isolated sensor input circuit.

Converts pulse duration (5-40ms, typ.) to a voltage level.

Normal and inverted analog outputs.

Output zero set and gain adjustments for analog outputs.

Adjustable distance limit output with warning LED. 15V when in range. OV when out of range.

Can be used as missing target alarm.
