We are excited to announce the acquisition of the assets of Waddington Electronics, Inc. by Press Room Equipment Co. LLC.  Press Room Equipment Co. is a leading manufacturer of press feeding, material straightening, and coil handling equipment.  The addition of  Waddington Electronics? High Speed, Precision Servo Feeds and Loop Control Devices, along with our previous acquisition of Norwalk Innovation Un-Coilers, has expanded our ability to deliver quality equipment to the stamping, roll forming, and wire forming industries.  We invite you to join Press Room Equipment Co., Norwalk Innovation, and Waddington Electronics at the Fab Tech show in Atlanta.   We will have our latest products on display.
 
Press Room Equipment Co., LLC will continue to build and support the Waddington Electronics high speed servo feeds and Sona-Trol loop control system, using the designs and features that have been so popular in the industry.  You can continue to use the Waddington  phone and fax numbers, website, and email to place your parts and equipment orders.  The phone and fax number will be redirected for the near future.
